DDA officials say they’re gonna sell the flats using an e-auction, and it’s like, first come, first serve, you know?
So, from November 24, Delhi District Authority (DDA) is gonna let people sign up to maybe buy one of the 32,000 new flats they built for the Festival Housing Scheme, 2023.
These flats are up for grabs through an e-auction, and it’s all about who gets there first. Plus, you gotta pay a small fee when you register. And get this, once you sign up, you’ve got at least 20 days to check out the flats in person. How cool is that?
