UKMSSB Nursing Officer Male/Femal Merit List 2023
The UKMSSB (Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board) has recently issued a call for online applications to fill 1564 nursing officer positions. The application was launched online. On January 12, 2023, the online application process began. The application period ended on February 1, 2023.

UKMSSB Nursing Officer Selection Process Criteria
The UKMSSB Nursing Officer Selection Process Will Be Based On A Merit List. Based on the candidate’s grades in their degree or diploma, a merit list will be created.
(a) Selection will be made in order of merit year-wise, giving the benefit of reservation on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in degree / diploma.
(b) As per the Government Order, in respect of the total number of posts occupied, 80% are earmarked for women and 20% for men, as per Table Para. is shown in. Out of the total vacancies available for selection, 70% of the posts will be for Diploma in Nursing candidates and 30% of the posts will be for Degree in Nursing candidates in the year wise order of merit as reflected by the marks obtained by the candidate in the Degree / Diploma.
(c) The selection list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained yesterday in the diploma / degree of the candidate.
(d) prepare separate lists of diploma and degree holder candidates (male and female) in order of merit as reflected by the marks obtained by them in the diploma degree. If two or more candidates get equal marks, then their name, age of the candidate whose date of birth is earlier, his name will be in the order of merit. The number of names in the list will be more than the number of vacancies (but not more than 25%). The list so prepared will be valid for one selection year (2022-23) only.
(f) The criteria for selection is year-wise order of merit, therefore, after receipt of application form, a minimum of 1.5 times the number of category-wise vacancies, candidates will be invited in the order of seniority year-wise for record verification. After verification, the list of selected candidates will be published.
