Here are the steps to apply for CTET Jan 2024 Exam:

- Click on the ‘Apply for CTET-Jan2024’ link on the homepage.
- If you’re new here, click on the “New Registration” button and sign up. Fill in your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
- If you’ve applied before, log in with your registration number and password.
- Carefully fill out the application form with your personal information, educational background, teaching experience, and category.
- Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, like your photo and signature.
- Pay the application fee online using your debit card, credit card, or net banking.

CTET Jan Application Fee:
If you belong to the General or OBC category and you’re appearing for one paper, the exam fee is ₹1,000. For two papers, it’s ₹1,200. For candidates in the reserved category, which includes SC, ST, and PwD, there’s a reduced fee. If you’re in this category and taking one paper, you’ll pay ₹500, and for two papers, it’s ₹600. You can pay the CTET application fee online or by using other methods available on the CTET website.

CTET Exam 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for CTET Jan 2024 Exam, you need to meet the criteria set by NCTE. You can check these criteria on the NCTE website at https://ncte.gov.in.
Primary Stage: Paper 1 (Classes 1 to 5)
- You should have either completed or be in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education with at least 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution. If you have a minimum of 45% marks, you can also apply.
- Alternatively, you can have a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) from a recognized University/Institution with at least 50% marks.
- You can also qualify if you have a 2-year Diploma in Special Education with at least 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
What is the CTET 2024 Certificate’s Validity?
The CTET certificate you earn is valid for a lifetime, and there’s no limit to the number of times you can attempt the CTET exam. If you’ve already qualified, you can retake the exam to improve your scores
