Honorarium to Coaches under Khel Nursery Yojana Haryana
Under the Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana, coaches will receive the following honorarium:
1. Rs. 25,000 per month for Coaching Diploma holders from NIS Patiala or any Institute recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports as equivalent to NIS, Patiala.
2. Rs. 20,000 per month for individuals with qualifications such as M.P.Ed, D.P.Ed, M.A. (Physical Education), or NIS Certificate Course in Coaching. In this case, the coach must also be a national player in the concerned game.
The coach’s honorarium will be paid directly to their bank account by the school. Subsequently, the school can request reimbursement from the District Sports Youth Affairs Officer (DSYAO) by submitting an application along with the receipt provided by the coach as proof of honorarium payment.
Coach Selection
The school will be responsible for hiring the coach, and the coach’s qualifications will be verified by the concerned District Sports Youth Affairs Officer (DSYAO). The DSYAO’s role is to ensure that the coach hired by the school meets the qualifications specified in the terms and conditions of the Khel Nursery Scheme 2024.
Scholarship / Diet Money in Haryana Sports Nursery Scheme
Under the Haryana Sports Nursery Scheme, scholarship/diet money will be provided to students as follows:
- Rs. 1,500 per month per player in the age group of 8-14 years.
- Rs. 2,000 per month per player in the age group of 15-19 years.
The scholarship/diet money will be disbursed to student-trainees by the District Sports Youth Affairs Officer (DSYAO) in their respective bank accounts on a monthly basis. To facilitate this, students need to submit the following information: name of the student, father’s name, date of birth, Aadhar number, and mobile number, along with an attested copy of the attendance registers.
