Kolkata Film Festival 2023: Date and Tickets Price

The 29th Kolkata International Film Festival is about to begin. It’s happening from December 5th to December 12th, 2023. This film festival, known as KIFF 2023, is put together by the International Federation of Film Producers Association and first started in 1995.

During this 8-day film fest, a bunch of movies—219 to be exact—from 39 different countries will be shown in 23 theaters. And guess what? You can catch these films for free! The big kick-off with Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee is on December 5th at 4:00 p.m. in Netaji Indoor Stadium Kolkata. Celebs like Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, and Saurabh Gangopadhyay will also be there with Mamta Banerjee.

This time, they’ve added the Bengali Panorama category, and if your film wins in this category, you bag Rs 7 lakh! You can also watch some films on TV for free during KIFF, but you need to grab a delegate card for that. Swing by the theater counter before the movie starts, and you’ll get your pass.
