The players are already buzzing with excitement about the Vadodara Marathon race. Today, at the Polo Ground, a 10 km “promo run” marathon took place as part of the Vadodara Marathon preparations.
Tejal Amin, the big boss of Vadodara Marathon, along with Sameer Khera and Nilesh Shukla, hit the ground running at 5.30 am to check out the whole course and make sure everything’s on point before the marathon kicks off. A whopping 570 marathon champs joined in for this promo run. Those who aced the full 10-kilometre track today were the real MVPs. All the necessary things like water and medical help were there for all the runners along the way. The Vadodara Marathon squad, the police, and group of top runners were all there, cheering on every runner throughout the run.

Age on Race Day: If you’re gearing up for the Vadodara International Marathon, pay close attention to the age criteria. Here’s the lowdown for each racing category:
1. Full Marathon: Covering 42.195 kilometres, you need to be 18 years or older as of January 4, 2023.
2. Half-Marathon: Running 21.098 kilometres, You should be at least 18 years old by January 4, 2024.
3. All other racing categories: Whether it’s a sprint or something else, you’ve gotta be a minimum of 14 years old by January 4, 2023, to join in on the fun.

Guidelines For Vadodara Marathon 2024
Age Proof and Photo ID Check: To complete Vadodara Marathon 2024 Registration, it’s a must to upload a photocopy or scan of a legit government-issued age proof and photo ID.
Health Check: Before going on the track, all runners should be in top-notch shape, and certified by a licensed doctor. If any of our gang or the health squad feels you might not be in the best form to compete, even with a legit running number BIB, we might have to sit this one out. Sadly, no refunds on registration costs in such a case.
