UP Preliminary Eligibility Test 2023: Exam Date

The date for the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2023 is now official, declared by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Board. The exam will be a written test though OMR sheets on October 28 and 29, 2023. You’ll have 2 hours for the test.

There are two shifts: one from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon and the other from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. For the morning shift you arrive at 9:00 AM and for the afternoon shifts, 2:00 PM. Late entry strictly prohibited by exam authority, so be on reporting time as mention on UP PET Admit Card 2023.

Exam Pattern of UPSSSC PET 2023

If you’re preparing for this exam, remember there will be total 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). These questions will be about different topics like Indian National Movement, Geography, Indian Economy, Indian Constitution & Public Administration, General Science, Elementary Arithmetic, General Hindi, General English, Logic & Reasoning, Current Affairs, General Awareness, and more. Each question carries 1 mark, but keep this in mind also, you’ll lose ¼ mark for each incorrect answer.
