In exciting news, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has shared the fare structure for the RAPIDX rapid transit system’s priority section just ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inauguration.

According to the fare chart, a 17-kilometer journey from Sahibabad to Duhai Depot station in the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor’s priority section will cost you a reasonable Rs 50. If you’re traveling in standard coaches, you’ll pay a minimum of Rs 20 and a maximum of Rs 50. For those looking for a premium coach experience, the minimum fare is Rs 40, with a maximum cap of Rs 100.

This important part, stretching from Sahibabad to Duhai Depot, includes five significant stations: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai, and Duhai Depot. The Duhai to Duhai Depot route is like a vital offshoot from the main line.

The ongoing construction of the RRTS corridor is a joint effort involving the central government and the states of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. This project’s goal is to offer a kind of faster local train service called ‘RAPIDX’.

Starting on October 21, passenger services, as per the NCRTC, will be up and running from the morning, following the official launch by Prime Minister Modi.
